Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week. Located in Scotts Valley, California, The Camp Recovery Center offers residential treatment to adults age 18 and older who are struggling with a substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health concerns. Common issues that we treat adults for at this level include addiction to drugs or alcohol and any protentional underlying mental health disorders. Adults can benefit from residential care when they need 24-hour support with a highly structured therapy schedule. Those who are currently using drugs or alcohol might begin their treatment with detoxification. We offer medically assisted detox to help people rid their bodies of addictive substances and achieve stabilization. Once someone begins residential treatment, they receive therapy several times each week along with medication management. The typical length of stay at this level of care is about 30-90 days, however, this time will vary based on individual concerns.

Located in Calistoga, California, Duffy’s Napa Valley Rehab offers residential treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with an addiction to alcohol or drugs such as opioids, cocaine, methamphetamine, or benzodiazepines. At Duffy’s, our residential addiction programming is individualized for each person we treat. To meet the needs of each guest, treatment can include detoxification, 30 days of live-in care, and an extended treatment option for those who wish to continue building on their recovery skills.
