Keep Living Your Life While You Fully Recover
Since 2007, Woodleaf has helped clients with anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder recover. We are the longest running eating disorder program in Northern California. Our adult program is intentionally small creating a safe, private environment in which to heal. Our convenient evening hours are designed so professionals and students can keep living their lives while they recover. Insurance often covers program costs and we offer scholarships whenever possible. All of our staff are licensed experts (no interns) and have been working together for years. This stable, seasoned atmosphere accelerates the healing process. Our Philosophy
Woodleaf’s philosophy is one of hope, harm reduction and self-compassion. We believe you can fully heal from an eating disorder, no matter how severe or how long you’ve had the disorder. We see eating disorders as a coping strategy, something that is learned and can be unlearned. At Woodleaf, we treat more than symptoms and address the longstanding, underlying issues that have prompted the disorder in the first place. No More Isolation. In-person sessions
Eating disorders can foster shame and isolation. Having a support system is life-changing in recovery. Because of our intimate program size and individualized staff attention, the bonds that are created in our program are fast and special. Most Woodleaf clients start and finish together. Groups
Woodleaf Eating Disorder Center
We are currently offering eating disorder support groups online and the cost is covered by insurance. We are waiving all fees when possible. Our groups are focused to treat anorexia, bulimia and binge eating. Our clinicians are licensed and highly skilled. We are seasoned professionals and our team has been working together for many years. Our groups are capped at 6 people averaging 4 to 5 so the focus and attention is strong.
