I have a passion for working with 3 groups of people:; adolescents, adult men and women and couples. I work from an office in Omaha and do Telehealth as well. I am an EMDR trained therapist who combines parts work with EMDR. One goal is to help people reduce distressing emotions and regain positive ones and change those haunting negative self beliefs. . .
As a woman, do you feel unappreciated, resentful or sad in your relationships? I enjoy assisting women with self-esteem, trauma, empowerment and creating more successful relationships. I like helping couples better understand one another, improve intimacy and resolve conflicts.
I am trained and experienced in EMDR. It is a powerful therapy that assists in freedom from trauma and its triggers. I am deeply compassionate and respectful to clients and work hard to understand each client's unique perspective.
