We may be a good match if you are seeking an affirming, empowering, trauma-informed space to explore your inner vulnerabilities and identities. My specialty is working with people who are neurodivergent, struggling with neurological disability, or have been diagnosed with a functional or somatoform disorder, including functional neurological disorder (FND). I have experience working with people identifying within the LGBTQIA+ communities. Additionally, I work with clients who are struggling with healthcare trauma and discrimination or those who need coaching through a major life transition. I have sliding scale options available.
I am a board-certified neurologist and licensed psychotherapist. I have specific interest in the management of LGBTQIA+ neurological issues and bridging gaps between neurological disorders and mental healthcare. However, I am available for people with a broad range of mental health disorders and personal struggles.
If you decide to work with me, I will help you feel loved, listened to, and supported. I am empathetic, flexible, adaptive, person-centered, and shame-reducing. Reach out if you are ready to uncover ways to transform your life by finding empowerment, authenticity, and fulfillment. You can learn to love yourself and your inner child.
