I have extensive experience and training in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, issues with mood, shame, and doubt, and general adjustment challenges in these changing times. I strongly believe that our bodies and minds hold onto past experiences and that these experiences tend to shape us in many ways that can influence the relationship that we have with ourselves and others.
