We all struggle at times as we face challenges in life and it is my hope to help the struggle become less of a burden and more of an experience that you will overcome. I have a wealth of experience working with individuals, groups, couples, sex offenders and families. I have the uncanny ability to use an array of innovative plans, therapy styles, and resources to develop ideal solutions for many therapeutic, community and systematic problems in order to empower a vast client base.

Working completely online, I create a safe space for individuals and couples to navigate life changes with an emphasis on intimacy and sexual concerns. I work to empower individuals and couples to explore intimacy and sexuality in a positive way to instill self-understanding and help clients to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life, intimacy, desire, passion, and sex. I work from the approach that you are a whole person and the aim of therapy is dive into all aspects of who you are and the intersects that shape your perception of self and the world.

I know seeking someone to share a taboo topic with can be daunting, but once you get there it's worth it! I provide a comfortable and judgement free space where I work with clients to reflect on their sexual experiences throughout the lifespan. We start with a simple question; "When was the last time you had sex, and how was it?"

I've had the honor of working with people with a history of trauma throughout my life. PTSD, attachment disorder and dissociative disorders are normal responses to being exposed to Traumatic events. This is the way our brains try to protect us from being overwhelmed. We can get stuck feeling like the world is dangerous or the events are still occuring long after the trauma is over. Trauma Counseling helps our brains let go and heal the overwhelming events of our pasts. I truely believe we can heal from anything with the right treatment. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work with clients to meet their personalized goals. OMFTC offers empathetic therapeutic care to children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. We operate from a systemic perspective which means we take into consideration a client's family, work, school, friends, and greater community to see how these systems may be impacting current issues. My staff is open to new clients. I have moved to an administrative and supervisory role.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families on all paths and stages of life. Some of my interest areas include: premarital counseling, anxiety, addiction, divorce, parenting, relationship issues, family conflicts, life transitions, parent-child conflicts, sexual identity, career counseling, and self-esteem. My goal is to meet people where they are in hopes of better understanding their desire for change and honoring the journey that led them to therapy.
