I love working with clients who aren't afraid to be curious, or who may still be afraid, but are willing to gently explore those tender places in themselves that keep them stuck and unfulfilled. Anyone who is willing to dip a toe into unfamiliar waters is brave and capable of obtaining the healing and peace they're seeking. I love being a kind and, sometimes, firm guide in this process and am humbled and gratified to walk alongside my clients on this path.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma (using somatic therapies, including somatic experiencing and brainspotting), relational and family issues, sexual issues (individuals and couples), grief and forgiveness, men’s and women’s issues, abuse recovery, existential concerns, ADHD in individuals and relationships, Christian counseling, and more.
