I am skilled in Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Conflict Resolution and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I utilize a Motivational Interviewing approach and supportive humor to help you better understand any barriers that might be limiting your desired outcomes.
