I have experience working with individuals and families, and offer skill building and process oriented sessions. I have specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders, and those struggling with body image/self acceptance. I also specialize in the treatment of anxiety, anger management, ADHD, OCD, depression, trauma, parent/child conflict, mood disorders, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. My hope is for each of my clients to leave our session feeling heard and knowing that their experience and struggle is valid.

Rae Ann Hahn, LMHC graduated from Argosy University in Seattle in 2015 with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She interned with Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare; working with many different individuals and diagnoses. While working at Greater Lakes, she was able to become trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) (EMDR) therapy. She has been practicing EMDR for 6 years. Rae Ann has also worked with addiction, ADHD, personality disorders and more. She focuses on trauma, depression and anxiety presently. Rae Ann believes that all patients should have a voice in their therapy.

Marny is an associate working toward full licensure under a clinical supervisor. I have both clinical and holistic education and experience. My therapy style is dynamic and client-centered and utilizes strength-based interventions aiming to increase agency, autonomy, and awareness by critically considering many factors of influence on human potential.

We are a clinic located in Renton with in person and virtual appointments with openings for children, teens, couples and adults who live in or near Renton and would like to use their insurance. People come to RCC to improve their mental health, increase life satisfaction, and gain self-awareness. Jen Sachek, Ph.D., obtained her doctorate in clinical psychology from Michigan State University in 2007. She practiced as a licensed psychologist in Michigan before moving to the Seattle area in 2016. She is currently licensed in Washington and Michigan. Dr. Sachek specializes in working with adults with a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship problems, grief/loss, and trauma. She works with clients in a warm, collaborative environment to identify areas where they struggle, and to find ways to create change in those areas.

Maya Sanchez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington who has been practicing since 2012. Maya has experience with a wide range of mental health and behavioral disorders in a variety of treatment settings. Although her specialty is in couple's therapy, she feels confident in treating individual patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, co-occurring disorders, gender issues, and adjustment disorders. Maya utilizes a blend of treatment approaches based on the individual client's needs. She provides a safe space to process without judgment and nurtures the cultivation of authenticity.

My client profile consists of 1/3 children/adolescents, 1/3 trauma focused therapy due to sexual assault and/or sexual addiction impact, and 1/3 females over 40 who would like to explore making changes in life. I enjoy the diversity of my practice as all the above mentioned areas enable me to work with both childhood disorders and relational challenges into adulthood. My focus on sexual addiction/trauma and family of origin issues is to provide supportive and therapeutic space for partners and children/teens who have been impacted by someone who has either a confirmed or suspected sexual addiction.
