I am a Rehabilitation Psychologist specializing in neurorehabilitation & management of chronic medical illnesses. I offer telemedicine appointments in Washington State & PSYPACT-member states. I have additional expertise in providing individualized care to persons with complex injury or diseases affecting the brain or central nervous system. This can lead to more structured treatment plans. I can also offer more opportunities for participation with family members and loved ones.

As a generalist, I work with individuals with a wide range of concerns from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, bipolar, and addiction, to life problems in relationships, trauma, grief, loneliness, anger management, stress and career choices, etc... Clients get results with me because my approach is practical, creative, and empowering, and I work hard to help clients gain new tools to overcome their challenges. I am a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience providing individual, couples, group counseling, psychological evaluations, and teaching/training in university settings. My style of therapy is warm, genuine, attentive, and sensitive to clients' unique needs.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained to provide psychological assessment and therapy for individuals struggling with chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, neurocognitive impairment, learning disabilities, eating disorders, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I utilize empirically-supported testing and clinical interviewing techniques to provide thorough psychological assessments and differential diagnoses. My treatment approach is grounded in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I use evidence-based mindfulness exercises, cognitive-behavior therapy, and biofeedback training to help clients gain increasing awareness of their vulnerabilities and strengths. Clients change by learning to monitor and redirect dysfunctional thoughts before they manifest into undesirable behavior.

Dr. Tutty, MA, PhD, provides psychological and neuropsychological testing for autism, ADHD, complex mood conditions, gifted intelligence, and learning disabilities, which are often helpful for informing IEP and 504 plans. In addition, Dr. Tutty provides evaluations for individuals at crossroads with the court system in the area of family law (e.g., parental fitness), and tort law (e.g., personal injury). Finally, Dr. Tutty provides reunification counseling for parties experiencing ruptures in their parent-child bond, often following separation and divorce.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Washington State and New Mexico), Nationally Certified School Psychologist, Prescribing Psychologist (New Mexico Only). I am an Affiliate Faculty in the PsyD Clinical Psychology Program at Antioch University, Seattle. I also am also contracted, as a prescribing psychologist, with the Family Medicine Center at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM.

Dr. Tutty provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to children and adolescents who may be struggling with ADHD (executive functioning), Autism, Learning Disabilities, Twice Exceptional, Anxiety, Depression, as well as counseling for children affected by high conflict divorce. Dr. Tutty also provides counseling to children and adolescents for these issues (most insurance plans accepted). In addition, Dr. Tutty provides forensic psychological services to adults in need of mental health and parenting evaluations, as well as personal injury evaluations (e.g., TBI), which are not covered by insurance.

Dr. Moreland is a Licensed Psychologist, who conducts comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments through HIPAA Compliant Telehealth Platforms. She specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of socio-emotional problems, as well as cognitive symptoms and disorders. She has worked with a wide range of neurodevelopmental disorders, including intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and specific learning disorder. She has also had experience with neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injuries and dementia.

As a therapist, I'm interested in root causes rather than treating symptoms.

My ideal clients are children, teens and adults seeking greater self-understanding and inner wholeness. For kids, I help with big emotions, social struggles, learning differences and managing life changes. Teens come to me for identity development, relationships, school pressures, family issues and mood disorders. Adults see me for anxiety, trauma, personal growth and chronic health challenges. Their goals are to feel understood, express themselves, gain tools to relate healthier with themselves and others and rewrite old narratives that hold them back.
