In my practice, I enjoy partnering with individuals who are working on managing their anxiety, self-esteem, navigating life transitions or past trauma. I enjoy helping others work on understanding and learning how to manage their mental health by building on their strengths and empowering them to live to their fullest potential.
I work with adolescents, adults and seniors of all backgrounds. I'm also a bilingual therapist and have experience working with the Latin community and enjoy working on stopping generational trauma.
Life is a beautiful thing but with it come ups and downs and occasionally we may feel stuck. Lets set realistic goals and take it one day at a time. I am positive, open-minded, empowering, and eager to help you continue to move through this journey of life.
