Lisa strives to help members in the community on their journey towards making positive and healthy change. Paula O’Leary is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has worked in the mental health field for 15 years in a variety of settings, including outpatient, school, community-based, residential, hospital, and correctional settings. Paula specializes in treating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, substance use, and other issues. She completed her master's degree at Cardinal Stritch University. Paula has also completed additional training in trauma and has obtained certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

Jaquiera Moore, LPC-R Jaquiera Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Residency in Virginia who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia State University. In her spare time, Jaquiera enjoys binge watching TV, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

I am a licensed psychotherapist offering my services to individuals in Virginia and New York. I serve clients throughout VA and DC through telehealth and see in-person clients at my office in Henrico, VA. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents ages 3 and up. I also serve adults who are in crisis, adjusting to changing life circumstances, or experiencing symptoms of trauma (PTSD/CPTSD), anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and depression. I provide parenting support/family sessions as needed.
