I have 20+ years of experience working as a Psychotherapist. I specialize in treating women and their families - with anxiety & panic disorders, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, stress, life transitions and relationship issues. I also encourage men to explore therapy! My approach is holistic and compassionate and I use therapy approaches proven to work.
