With over 20 years of experience in schools and private practice,I help kids and adults navigate anxiety, grief, ADHD,regulation, trauma, and more. I offer a warm, creative space where children can explore their emotions and develop coping skills through play, while also working with adults in individual therapy to process trauma, anxiety, and life’s challenges. I support parents with tools to strengthen their parenting and foster emotional growth. Whether you're working through past trauma or seeking more confidence in your day-to-day, I’m here to support you!

I’m trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Ego States (similar to IFS),and SSP.As a Registered Play Therapist and Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Practitioner, I bring many tools to help clients gently and playfully explore the roots of their challenges, reconnecting with their true selves, and finding their way back to who they're meant to be—Back to You.

I believe in the power of proactive intervention and that if we can give ourselves and our kids the gift of therapy in a playful, early way, we are setting them up for so much success throughout their whole lives.
