I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, faith transitions, and issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have experience working with people in hospice, those with chronic or terminal illness, and caregivers. In sessions I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches such as ACT, CBT, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and several mindfulness techniques.

I specialize in working with adults (including couples) and older adolescents who are struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as other serious mental illnesses, including personality disorders. Many of my patients have difficulty managing intense feelings and moods in relationships and may have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I also offer intensive psychoanalytically-oriented psychotherapy for highly motivated individuals looking to make deep personality-driven changes in their lives.

Hi there! My name is Breeann and I am a certified social worker and licensed substance use disorder counselor.
