Hi, I am Anne! I am here to help young adults, older adults, and anyone in-between overcome life's obstacles with a side of humor and a heap of empathy. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, faith transitions, and issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have experience working with people in hospice, those with chronic or terminal illness, and caregivers. In sessions I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches such as ACT, CBT, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and several mindfulness techniques.
Through an integrative and collaborative approach, I will help you develop coping skills, process your experiences, and work towards your goals. I also love to sprinkle some humor and smiles during your session, so you can laugh at the absurdity of life’s challenges while still finding the strength to overcome them.
My commitment is to create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all my clients, where judgment has no place.
