Dr. David Pulley "Dr. Dave" earned his bachelor's in psychology from Howard University in DC and obtained both his Master's and Doctorate from Chestnut Hill College in PA. His Doctorate degree is in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in the subject of Soul Mates. As a result, he is known as an expert on soul mates and a pioneer of some of the clinically based models and theories on the subject. He holds a BA- in biology from The University of Texas - Austin, and an MD from The University of Texas Medical School-Houston. He did his internship in Family Practice at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed residencies in General and Child Psychiatry at UTHSC-Houston. He is doubly Boarded in Child and Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I come from Taiwan with the ability to conduct counseling service in Mandarin and Taiwanese. I received my Master of education in counseling at the University of Houston-Victoria in Texas. I was trained in individual therapy, family therapy, career counseling, and group counseling. I received the Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training at Taiwan mindfulness association.
