I have extensive experience in Multi-cultural Counseling, Relationships, Anxiety, Stress/Anger Management, Grief, Trauma, Divorce, Depression & Adjustment Issues. I will engage each individual with complete sincerity. Through understanding and increased self-knowledge, the only sure outcome is change and personal growth. The therapeutic relationship is an alliance between a therapist and a client that is exclusively for the client's benefit.
My background, education, training & experience helped me gain expertise in dealing with Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Fears, Loss & Grief. I keep up to date with recent research through continuous education. I will work with each client to set goals that lead to resolution of the targeted problems.
My approach is an eclectic one that encompasses various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive/ Behavioral, Solution-focused and Family Therapy. I am a firm believer in education and thus, Psychoeducation is incorporated with the modality that suits each client individually. Counseling will be conducted in a safe and private atmosphere.
