Career
coaching
process: 1.
I love the Confucius quote that says, "If you pick the right job, you will never work a day in your
life
." Personally, I believe that work should be a joyful experience where we are able to fine-tune and develop our skills and talents. Whether you are experienced or new in your career, I can help you gain clarity on who you are, what you want and how to explain it to others.

I use a person-centered approach to help you live the
life
that you want.
Are you tired of the would of, could of, should of’s? Does it feel like you are in a vacuum that you cannot get out of? Let’s step out of what others want for us or told us how to live and start living our independent lives. Sometimes we get stuck on what has happened to us or too far into what we will do someday. Instead of living in the past or the future lets learn to be present and live right now. Let me help you begin to identify the red flags in
life
that prevents us from living the
life
that was intended. I will help you get back on the path to wholeness and wellbeing.

Life
has changed drastically for most of us in the last few years. The challenge of living in today’s environment makes it even harder to navigate our internal states let alone manage them well. Whether we are juggling work, children, family, marriage or
life
’s daily challenges, there is no doubt we can use a lot of support. Connecting to a meaningful source of support is essential to our well being and our thriving, not to just merely survive in
life
. Sometimes we may know what we want, but don't know how to get there or feel we can't. Sometimes we feel stuck in our difficult emotions.

Jayne Anne Ammar
BA, NBC-HWC
My specialties include managing stress, difficult conversations, work-
life
balance,
life
transitions, improving sub-clinical mild anxiety or depression, working through anger or other “negative” emotions at work, improving confidence and self-esteem to make changes, and creating positive habits.
Are you struggling with work-
life
balance or feeling stressed and overwhelmed? If you're waking up dreading going to work and feel like you’ve lost your motivation and spark, it can be tough. Especially if you’re the kind of person who has typically been high-achieving and values meaningful work, experiencing burnout can be uncomfortable. Feeling trapped and like things are out of your control can be confusing and have you yearning for the clarity you need to move forward.

Gia Washington Readoux’s executive
coaching
and wellness consulting practice focuses on supporting women’s mental and emotional wellness and their needs including professional development, self-esteem, body esteem, stress management, and addressing burnout or other workplace issues plaguing individual or team confidence and performance.
“Warmth is essential! I always strive to create an environment of trust, compassion and respect where people feel validated and know they are heard. Whether it’s executive
coaching
or wellness consulting, we will have honest and powerful conversations in an empathic way for the greatest impact. I believe in getting to the truth sooner rather than later so we can address the real issues and challenges and begin to heal and rebuild from there. While working through issues with my clients, such as burnout, stagnation or being in a sustained negative environment, we establish goals and a path towards accomplishing those goals.

I love working with women juggling
life
's demands, parents and educators tackling the awe-inspiring (often maddening) experiences of raising and growing children, and adolescents navigating the social and emotional adjustment to adulthood. We each have a fundamental need for connection, autonomy, and belonging, a need to be seen and heard. I listen. I use mind, brain, and health science to help clients identify and connect their needs and values with their larger visions; to cultivate health-promoting and
life
-giving habits, navigate change, get unstuck, build resilience, and live well.

Greetings everyone. Teletherapy offers the exceptional opportunity for a therapist or
life
coach and client to facilitate an environment that encourages understanding, clarity, and growth. In this environment the client and therapist identity areas for work, as well as create a path that leads to understanding and empowerment. What is teletherapy? Teletherapy involves the use of real-time interactive video conferencing between a therapist and client(s) to communicate and provide care remotely with the requirement of being in the same location.

Life Coaching Therapists
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.
Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.
Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.
How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
