I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Chemical Dependency Counselor with six years of experience. I spent more than ten years working with veterans and their families, coping with deployment, PTSD, and family disruption throughout their military careers. I utilize a wide range of modalities such as Client-Centered Therapy, Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, Family Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. I firmly believe that people are people regardless of their chosen labels or the ones society puts on them.

I have helped a diverse population of individuals, families and children find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can know themselves as complete, and whole. I am especially trained in working with individuals who have experienced abuse and trauma, anxiety, depression. I work with families and parent to help them navigate the difficult teenage years and teach them effective communication skills .
