Welcome future clients to Lifecore Counseling & Behavioral Health! I'm excited you've stopped here to view my profile. I am a Doctor of Behavioral Health and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also a trained Psychotherapist and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. My goal is to empower and assist my clients in identifying their strengths while working towards self actualization. I specialize in children, adolescents, individuals, families and couples. My experiences with working at inpatient psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient programs and drug rehab centers, have equipped me to provide effective therapeutic care.
I work with clients who have ADHD, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, substance abuse and men's issues. As a generalist practitioner with over 15 years of experience, I utilize an eclectic and holistic approach. I integrate evidence based practices and various modalities; cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, relapse prevention therapy, and motivational enhancement therapy.
I collaborate with my clients to set goals that are realistic and attainable, so together we can design appropriate and effective treatment plans, that are tailored specifically to their needs. I am currently accepting new clients. Evenings, weekends and in-home appointments are available. I look forward to working with you in transforming your life.
