I'm Olga Harris, LPC. I am a bilingual Profesional Counselor since 1998. I use a holistic approach that address body, mind and spirit. Whether one is suffering from a chronic mental disorder, or the "worried well", I tailor therapeutic needs for each individual client. I use multiple theoretic approaches and the most up-to-date techniques to help individuals gain insight into their issues, decrease their symptoms, and to uncover the underlying issues that cause their distress. I am a counselor licensed in Texas with over 6 years of experience as a mental health clinician working with clients of all ages. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, intellectual and developmental disabilities, career challenges, anger problems, young adult issues and anxiety. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

I take an integrative eclectic therapy approach that fits you. I believe it is a team approach between the client and therapist to work actively towards treatment goals. I have 14 years of experience in multiple therapeutic settings working with a culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience designing and implementing appropriate individualized treatment plans with clearly defined culturally sensitive goals that encourage healthy supportive environments, communication between children and their support system and promotes mental wellness for the whole child, fostering resiliency.

I am a Licensed Psychologist with specialized training in the evaluation of autism, learning disabilities, intellectual, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties. I treat adults, adolescents and children. I have a holistic/integrative approach which focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit attempting to understand and address the ways issues in one aspect of a person can lead to concerns in other areas. With an integrative approach to mental health and wellness, I am available to collaborate with your other health providers (e.g., psychiatrists, holistic/alternative/functional medicine doctors).

I enjoy working with clients of all ages, from all cultural backgrounds and from all walks of life. I offer outreach therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. After graduate school, I moved to Massachusetts, where I worked in both the traditional office setting, and in outreach, where I counseled clients in their homes. My lifelong love and appreciation for the outdoors called me to make a bold move to Montana. This is where I was exposed to the many opportunities to use my love of the outdoors to enrich the therapeutic process.

Working for a therapist for many years, I have come to appreciate working with a client who wants to understand themselves better. Understanding yourself, can help you to get direction, improve relationships and also improve in being able to develop in their professional life. Each client come to therapy in order to work on a struggle in their life. Most times they are able to work on more.
