I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with a strengths-based, evidence-informed, and experiential approach including CBT, EMDR (regular or intensives), DBT and mindfulness. Together, we create a focused, collaborative space for meaningful growth and healing tailored to your goals and pace.
