Whether one is suffering from a chronic mental disorder, or the "worried well", I tailor therapeutic needs for each individual client. I use multiple theoretic approaches and the most up-to-date techniques to help individuals gain insight into their issues, decrease their symptoms, and to uncover the underlying issues that cause their distress. My goal is to help individuals reach their full potential, and to improve their daily functioning in a compassionate, personalized, and private setting.
I specialize in a large array of mental health issues. One of my most popular therapeutic approaches is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on changing one's thinking to lead to more positive feelings and less self-defeating behaviors. I also have extensive experience working with an inpatient population.
My practice is geared toward giving my clients the most personalized service as possible. I answer my own phone and speak directly to my clients. I schedule my patients on a hourly basis so my waiting room has a minimal amount of clients to ensure your privacy.
