While I've worked with clients across a broad spectrum of needs and therapeutic goals I have most often found a fit with clients seeking change in their lives in the context of a collaborative relationship in therapy. I emphasize the importance of purpose in a person's life to provide motivation for practical change, leveraging both the internal resources someone already possesses and the potential to develop much more. I want to focus with a client on lifestyle and attention to the wisdom that resides in the mind, body, and spirit as a part of the immense human capacity to grow and change.
Considering myself as an increasingly eclectic practitioner, I work with clients to find the best fit for them in reference to solution. We set up a sacred space to work that is reliable first and then seek out interventions that fit from body practices to EMDR to narrative work. You will both find and develop the fullest expression of your life.
My experience shows me that hope and healing are possible and I'm ready, open, and willing to do what I can to accompany you in moving into the life that's waiting on you. In the flow of life everything belongs and way will open with a little work and a place to do it, I stand ready to walk with you in order to access truth only found in relationship.
