We are a GROUP practice of psychiatrists and counselors with the goal of being (1) easily accessible, (2) affordable, and (3) profoundly competent. Our psychiatrists and therapists are accepting new clients and we can typically provide new patient appointments in a matter of hours, not weeks or months. Our team is made up of Harvard students, college professors, international speakers, and advanced trained fully licensed practitioners. Every client has a story. I help my client explore their story, values and beliefs. I enjoy a client who likes to interact with these issues and want to work to see the "why" behind their beliefs and behaviors. I also enjoy clients who like to set goals for themselves and their relationships and are willing to work towards them.

Throughout my experience as a counselor, I have noticed that our shame is the foundational and often times our biggest barrier to success. My approach is to help client's identify and replace these shame-based thoughts and become more aware of how these thoughts impact the way they see themselves, others, and the world around them. Once you can view your authentic self as someone that is worthy, goals can be clearly defined, progress can be made, and healing can be obtainable. While this isn't the only consideration in counseling, it is one of great importance.

I have a passion to help others create the best version of themselves. I have been a social worker for 15 years and have worked with multiple diverse populations in non profit settings, medical and behavioral health hospitals and private clinics. Life can be overwhelming so I utilize a holistic approach to view many aspects of life and their impact.

I love working with clients from all walks of life. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan. I am especially passionate about working with children and teenagers who have experienced traumatic events or major life stressors.

Within this safe space, I hope to empower, educate, and support my clients to find connection through healing. I have a deep compassion for helping those individuals who want to improve their quality of life so that they may lead a life that matters. I received my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Texas School of Professional Psychology, and am a Licensed Psychological Associate in the state of Texas.
