My goal is to help you identify which areas are negatively affecting you or are not functioning as well as they could. Then, together we collaborate to make meaningful lasting changes.
I am truly passionate about helping my clients. With over 16 years of experience, my focus includes EMDR for trauma, adults affected by family or friends who are alcoholics or addicts, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, developing healthy boundaries, age 20 something’s experiencing a “quarter life crisis” and family of origin issues.
