I have extensive experience working with teens and adults of various ages processing trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, relationship issues and difficult life transitions. My goal is to be supportive and encouraging to allow my clients to explore what is holding them back in life. My hope is that you feel seen and validated in each session.
