My counseling services are dedicated to helping clients resolve family, marriage, relationship, trauma, addiction and depression issues. In a non-judgmental atmosphere filled with understanding and respect, I am passionate about helping clients begin the healing process and find their purpose. I feel strongly about empowering people to help them get control of their lives... whether they want to recover from abuse, move forward after the end of a relationship, conquer an addiction or find peace after a loss.

Adjusting to raising a teenager is incredibly difficult. The relationship often changes from one of closeness to one where you no longer recognize who they are. The tension, the disrespect, the shutting out, the anxiety, the depression can contribute to an immense amount of stress for a family. Books have been read and methods have been tried, but nothing seems to work. You want your family to be close again, but don't know how.

"When we are no longer able to change a situation we are challenged to change ourselves" Viktor Frankl. As a mental health professional this is one of my principles for the therapeutic approach. While difficult situations or the past cannot be changed we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in life. I can help clients to address challenges such as depression, anger management, life changes, bereavement, and anxiety as well as client specific needs. I am skilled in providing group counseling, career counseling, marriage and family counseling, case management, educational counseling, life coaching, and substance abuse counseling. I am also able to provide supervision to Licensed Professional Counselor Interns, notary services, and consulting services.

Stacy Kador is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with approximately 8 years of experience in the mental health field and over 13 years of experience in the field of education. She looks forward to helping to facilitate growth in children, adolescents, and families through exploration of themselves and their goals. Stacy specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relationship issues. Stacy completed her Master's degree at Adams State University in Colorado and her Bachelor's degree at Louisiana State University. She is a mother of three beautiful children and a former educator.
