Over the past 15 years, I have been dedicated to supporting clients with compassion and integrity on their journey towards healing and growth. I specialize in complex trauma, personality disorders, addiction, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Utilizing a direct and holistic approach, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic techniques to address deep-rooted wounds and facilitate healing. With a focus on empowering clients to access their innate wisdom and resilience, I guide you through the process of self-discovery and transformation.

I truly believe that people have the power to make positive changes in their life, and I am committed to helping people move in this direction. I integrate EMDR work with inner child/parts work (internal family systems therapy) and somatic interventions. Utilizing EMDR, IFS, and somatic release allows my clients to get to the root of the trauma and finally find true healing and peace. I also utilize DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) techniques to help clients learn mindfulness, boundary setting, emotional regulation, and communication.
