Allen is a Licensed Professional Counselor who completed his graduate studies at Dallas Theological Seminary in Counseling and his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in Psychology. Allen uses key principles from CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy to partner with clients to develop new systems and narratives to achieve their therapeutic goals. My name is Jess Parker and clients come to me to work on a myriad of different struggles. Whether anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, disputes, ADHD or marital issues. Most have struggled along for a while, supporting those around them and neglecting themselves.

I'm a LPC Associate who uses a strengths-based model like solution-focused therapy and CBT. I'm also in pursuit of my Registered Play Therapy credential.
