This isn’t just about fixing problems – it’s about learning valuable skills for “fair fighting,” fostering romance, and building a strong foundation.
I specialize in helping couples but also often work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. I work with adults and teens (14+) to develop healthy coping skills, set boundaries, and improve overall mental health. While therapy may involve challenging moments, I believe it can also be a freeing and transformative journey.
I’m University of Houston alumna that discovered my mental health passion while volunteering in a Couples’ Research Lab. I enjoy exploring new coffee shops, traveling, and being in nature.
