She earned a Bachelor’s in Communications & Journalism at Fairleigh Dickinson, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at New Jersey City University, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at California Southern University.
Dr. Rampersad’s treatment modalities include a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, sports psychology, and coaching. Dr. Rampersad is an inclusive therapist and believes in diversity, equity, and multiculturalism.
