EMDR uses the natural healing abilities of the body & brain. With EMDR, painful memories lose intensity, becoming neutral memories of past events. EMDR can be used for early trauma, single incident trauma, grief/loss, religious trauma, anger, pain, fears, sleep issues, LGBTQ+ trauma, anxiety, depression, processing negative thinking patterns, and more.
