We are a group of therapists that have a combined 50+ years of experience. We are trained in IFS, EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, ACT and other trauma and person-centered treatments. We are interactive, solution focused therapists. We also work with couples using Imago and Gottman training at all stages of relationships.
