Howdy! My name is Tracy Ludewig, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I provide counseling for individuals aged 15+. I earned a Master of Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University and have been offering teletherapy services for two years. My approach to counseling is to provide you, the client, with a safe and accepting atmosphere so that your counseling sessions can meet your needs. I believe that we will work together to resolve whatever concerns you bring to the session you will be able to gain self-awareness and clarity to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
My counseling efforts are based on various counseling theories and approaches, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
