I'm the coauthor of The Whole-Brain Child and other books with Dr. Dan Siegel. I created The Center for Connection (CFC) to create a place where relationships, regulation, & the science of interpersonal neurobiology would guide all we do. We have an amazing team of interdisciplinary professionals- speech/language, neuropsych assessment, occupational therapy, ed therapy & mental health for all ages. Informed by cutting-edge research, and intently focused on how the brain changes, we help people discover more joy and meaning in their lives. We are a neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming practice.
By creating intentional repeated relational experiences, building skills to regulate stress and reactivity in our whole nervous system, cultivating insight, empathy, and regulation, we help people thrive. We offer EMDR, Somatic experience, Safe & Sound protocol, somatosensory psychotherapy, CBT, emotion-focused therapy, and more.
With our interdisciplinary team under one roof, we offer the convenience & collaboration of better care. Whether you're reaching out for your child or teen, for yourself, or for your aging family member, we are here to connect & provide you a therapist who will help you feel safe, seen, soothed, and secure in knowing we will help you reach your goals.
