I am calling all individuals who feel their life experiences lessened their confidence. These individuals may experience a number of symptoms: lack assertiveness/communication skills, confusion on goals/direction, negative self-image/self-talk, feel stuck, or poor habits/coping skills. Often times the way we were raised or traumatic experiences (big or small) shape how we interact with the world. I believe all individuals deserve to feel a sense of purpose, happiness, and peace. In order to accomplish our goals, we need to be honest with ourselves, hash out our emotions, thought processes, and take action.
You set the goals and we will work as a team to accomplish your desired outcome. I offer a variety of therapy modalities such as psychotherapy, client centered therapy, self-compassion therapy, emotion focused therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, or trauma focused therapies (EMDR or accelerated resolution therapy).
Losing ourselves can be quite upsetting or confusing, sometimes we are unsure how to improve the situation. You are not alone in your journey. I can help Align yourself to your values to gain confidence. Send me a text, email, or call (leave a message, I will get back to you). I am excited for you to meet your future self!
