I specialize in men's health and trauma-related disorders. Hi, I am a licensed psychologist based in Minnesota with the privilege of practicing in various states across the U.S. through the PSYPACT mobility. My passion lies in understanding how trauma shapes our lives and using evidence-based techniques to help individuals heal and thrive. With a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I offer a specialized focus on how trauma impacts our mental and emotional well-being. Through CBT, I work collaboratively with clients to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that stem from past experiences.
In addition to CBT, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful approach for those struggling with trauma and trauma-related disorders through daily functional disruptions manifesting depression, anxiety, insomnia, and interpersonal relationships.
