I specialize in trauma-informed care using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic/Existential approaches, working collaboratively with you to identify and shift negative thought patterns that stem from difficult life experiences. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
