I work to reflect back what I am seeing so that we can examine together what is and isn't serving you. I believe we all have many parts, and that getting to know and honor all of these parts is fundamental to feeling content in your body and in your life.

Why do so many of us avoid feeling? Somewhere along the line, we learned that discomfort was "bad." We all avoid in certain ways and it takes strength to look at ourselves compassionately. I balance a realistic, no fluff approach with warmth and empathy. We are all going through something, but I believe we can heal and be inspired by the little things (which eventually become the big things).

With a robust academic background, I hold a Master's Degree in Human Development and have accumulated a wealth of experience in the mental health field spanning over 11 years. In 2008, I transitioned to Substance Abuse, dedicating a decade to this field and achieving the milestone of Clinical Supervisor in 2018, thus amassing over 5 years of managerial experience. My professional journey is marked by a commitment to both mental health and substance abuse, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of the complexities within these domains.
