Growth doesn’t usually happen when everything is calm and tidy. More often, it shows up during transitions - when you’re asking big questions, feeling stretched, or realizing that what used to work just doesn’t anymore. My work is centered around those moments, helping people move through change with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating to be effective; it can be thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in real life.
I work with college students, young adults, adults, and healthcare professionals as they navigate life’s many transitions. Much of my work centers on early career uncertainty, burnout in caregiving and healthcare roles, shifting family dynamics, parenting “adult” children (18–23), and redefining purpose, learning, and meaning later in life.
My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and rooted in evidence (and often humor) - always human. I value warmth, curiosity, and a judgment-free space. Outside of work, I love cooking and life with three wonderfully chaotic dogs who serve as reminders that growth doesn’t require perfection, just showing up. We’ll take things one step at a time, together.
