As a parent myself, I enjoy supporting other parents, specifically mom's redefine what life is like postpartum. From hormones to identity, I am here to validate and support you in all of the changes. As these growing pains cause stress in many areas, I support clients in navigating relationships, understanding their needs and make more time for themself. I also am not parenting expert as I am in the trenches with my two toddlers but I am always happy to share knowledge from other parenting experts that I lean on daily.

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who obtained her Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Sarah provides individual, family and couples counseling to all age ranges. Sarah has had all-encompassing experience across therapeutic settings, including residential treatment settings, partial hospitalization, community based and on an outpatient basis. Sarah specializes in treating individuals who suffer from suicidal ideations, self-injuring behaviors, depression, anxiety/panic, personality disorders, trauma, loss, transitional phases, eating disorders and substance abuse/dependence.

Dr. Saad has extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-injury, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Autism, and substance abuse in children, adolescents, and adults. Heather is a clinician that facilitates therapy with an emphasis on the idea that peace of mind is a holistic approach, a balance of mind, body, and spirit. Heather specializes in Anxiety Disorders including OCD, Mood Disorders including Depression, boundary setting, unhealthy relationship "detox", childhood trauma/ inner child work, CPTSD, survivors of abuse, narcissistic abuse, and divorce.
