I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families with issues such as mood/anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD, stress, eating disorders, marriage/couples/relationship issues, family conflict, among others. I specialize in CBT, DBT ACT and am trained in EMDR and trauma-informed therapy.
I believe overall wellness includes one’s physical, emotional, and spiritual interactions from the client’s perspective. I offer a collaborative and compassionate approach to treatment and provide a safe and supportive environment to facilitate a transformative experience.
