I am passionate about helping individuals increase self-awareness, self-compassion, identify and utilize their strengths, and develop skills to navigate challenges.

I focus on attunement, naming my practice Modern Attunement to align with my belief that intimacy and growth grow from a place from being attuned to our gut instinct, the people that we share our life with. Attunement comes from being in the present, accepting the tension of intimacy in being known and knowing.

I currently have a waitlist. I value authenticity and candor in my work with clients, and enjoy "real talk." My typical client would say they’re a high achiever, “successful” on paper, and struggle with symptoms of anxiety, perfectionism, depression, low self esteem, or challenges with relationships and boundaries. I work with individuals who have a history of relational trauma or injury, grief and loss, or are navigating life transitions or changes. I work with couples who are dealing with distress within their relationships, difficulty communicating, or are looking to deepen their emotional bond.

Deciding to come to therapy can be a difficult decision; one that takes courage and often comes with some anxiety and ambiguity about what the process will entail. I consider empathy, sympathy, and honesty are the key elements to a nurturing and successful therapeutic relationship. I do analytic work in accord with training of the C. G. Jung Institut, Zurich. There is special attention to dreams, creativity, and attention to the unconscious. Depth psychology takes time, and people work diligently. In the process the whole personality is engaged. Jungian psychology is forward looking and may elucidate the way through difficult transition. I work for a reduced fee, in lieu of insurance payment. This is an opportunity to do Jungian Analysis at an affordable cost. I appreciate work with individuals that have done therapy, gained psychological understanding, and would like to go futher into depth psychology.

As a therapist, I’m all about building you up. I want to give you tools to feel empowered. I want to help you gain the confidence to overcome anything. I like being creative with therapy and there are so many ways we can use therapy for self-discovery, for increasing self-love, and for building confidence about your self-worth.
