Anger: Secondary Emotion that is easily accessed if one concentrates onto finding out the actual emotion that is being avoided . Anger is part of life, but is a part that we were not often thought into learning how to manage. Being part of a group allows you to not feel alone in this sensation of uniqueness of not knowing how to manage your anger. The group and I will help you to learn how to start responding instead of reacting to emotions and sensations that times feel out of your control.
