Do you feel anxious much of the time, overwhelmed, second guessing yourself, over analyzing and "not good enough?" The constant external stimuli and messages we receive lead us to many of these common thoughts and feelings. My goal as your therapist is to offer a warm, nurturing, and safe space that allows us to explore your relationship with yourself and others with compassion and understanding. I offer traditional talk therapy in addition to experiential modalities such as relaxation techniques, guided meditations, art therapy, and body awareness.
