My work is my passion and I consider it a privilege to provide mental health support to my clients. Through my experiences working at UCLA, Caltech, Fuller and Pepperdine universities, I have gained a rich understanding of emerging adulthood and life transitions. I offer individual and group therapy (telehealth/in-person) through my private practice in Pasadena, CA.
An ideal client match would be an adult requesting support with anxiety, mood symptoms, family/relationship issues, life transition difficulties, identity struggles and faith-based/spirituality concerns. I also have specialized post-doctoral training (UCLA) to treat Bipolar and Psychotic Spectrum symptoms.
Due to my extensive training in Los Angeles, I am competent working with a diverse demographic range of clients with complex concerns.
