I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist and Elite Brain Health Clinician and Coach alongside Amen Clinics. I work primarily with adults and teens who suffer from trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, negative view of self-image/self-esteem, self-harm, and marriage and family.
