Using approaches rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, positive mindset, movement and play based modalities I can help clients on the path towards reaching their goals.
With more than a decade of experience working with youth in the school setting as an elementary school counselor, I have developed a passion working with children and their families to navigate through behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, social skills, divorce, military transition, emotional regulation, building mindset and coping skills.
