My clinical focus and passion are working with adolescents and young adults, typically ages 12 and older. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to best meet the individual needs of my clients.
